Study the local weather forecast.

Plan this day’s activities.

Update Fitbit all day long.

Activate oneself and remain active all day long. Carry out any activities planned earlier in the day. Activities include general maintenance and fun time. Sometimes maintenance and fun time overlap such as hiking in a National Park.

Drink wine or hot tea.

Prepare and eat dinner.

Binge watch various downloaded British, Australian, Canadian, Russian, and United States video programming. Use subtitles for Russian and British programming.

Unmake bed.

Turn on white noise.

Watch cats assume initial nighttime positions.

Turn off light.

Sleep.
