Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada

Welcome to Prince Edward Island or PEI (as the locals call it.)

PEI is accessed by the driven car (or RV) over one bridge known as Confederation Bridge. The bridge is 8 miles long.

Denise’s mother Dianna joined us for this part of the trip.  The weather is fine and the girls are happy!

Nice beaches.

Author Lucy Maud Montgomery was from Prince Edward Island.  She wrote the book turned into movie Anne of Green Gables.   We toured her house and the grounds where she lived.

Outdoor seating is better with a warm day, a lovely view, and good company.

  1. I would have thought it would be very cold there by now. It looks like a great place to visit.
