We Love New Mexico, but…

We love New Mexico.  NM has arguably the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets anywhere (with or without clouds.)  Here’s an example:

NM also has wide open plains ringed by beautiful mountains.

Where else can you stop in the middle of a highway to take photos of an empty road bordered by wide open fields?

And there are miles and miles of excellent hike, bike, and ski trails.

However, New Mexico can be windy, very windy.

And it can be dry here, too dry,  contact lens sticking, lip chapping dry.

Give us Tex-Mex anytime over New Mexican style Mexican food.
