Sparkys

Sparkys is one of those unique restaurants that has become quite famous for its unusual decor. It’s located in the small town Hatch, New Mexico, population 1,568. Hatch is most famous for its Hatch chili peppers. As you drive into town you can see fields of peppers growing.

Aside from the peppers, Sparkys is quite the attraction. The place was packed when we were there.
