We set a goal of visiting a winery in all 50 states. We’ve accomplished this worthy goal, finishing up in Rhode Island.
Although Virginia had already been checked off the list, we decided to visit this Virginia winery close to one of our camping stops.
These two dogs were hanging around and having a jolly time. They posed in front of this imposing storm to our north. Oh, and there was also a lot of love, too.
As we entered the winery we could see the vineyard where they grow the grapes.
The tasting room is just inside this entrance, but we’d rather enjoy the beautiful weather and the lovely setting.
The large outdoor seating area had great ambiance. We could have been in Italy. Okay, we’ve never been to Italy but this is what we think it would look like.
The wine was tasty too.
