The Whoopee Bowl Antique Store

While staying north of El Paso, Texas, we notice a unique and intriguing antique mall.
The airplane and our wide open activity schedule drew us in.
Bigfoot was there. I’m usually the gregarious one, but Denise stepped right up to shake his hand as a dinosaur, religious figure, and lamb looked on. Turns out Bigfoot has a gentle and reserved nature.
The famous Mr. Edison invented this machine. It is called the Edison Shaving Machine patented in 1905. After pondering for a moment how one uses this device to remove whiskers, I learned that it is intended to remove previously recorded business conversations by removing the top layer of wax from a wax drum used by a dictation device. These drums were also used to record and play music until the phonograph won the day.
The former president was on hand. This scene is somewhat eclectic.
Big Boy was there. Actually, there were several Big Boys.
Ah, the Rat Fink era, who can forget? Apparently they built more than they could sell.
Giant ants and humanoid aliens of unknown origin were present.
This brings back memories. (The bicycle.)
An amusing and entertaining place.

Until next time.
