Fallingwater is Frank Loyd Wright’s most famous home design.
After becoming one of the most renowned architects of the early 1900s, Wright fell out of favor and had not commissioned any significant work in several decades. In 1935 he designed this house as a weekend getaway for a Pittsburg family. It became his most significant work and revitalized his career. After this work Wright went on to design the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Here’s a different view from the side.

Yet another view.

The entrance is hidden.

Wow.

By the way, we took a tour of the inside of the house. No pictures allowed, but trust us, the inside is as fabulous as the outside.
Until next time.
