June, 2019 – Studebaker National Museum

The Studebaker National Museum located in South Bend, Indiana, is a must see for all automobile aficionados.

The museum contains a variety of historic and beautiful vehicles dating back to about 1835.

John C. Studebaker built this Conestoga covered wagon around 1835 to help move his family from Pennsylvania to Ohio. The box is original while the running gear was replaced in the late 1880s.

Here’s an 1857 Studebaker carriage.

24 reasons to replace the horse in business as advertised in 1907.

More cars from the past.

Studebaker went out of business in 1967. One of the last automobile lines produced was the Avanti.

Until next time.
